Kervaana Digital designs, builds and manages websites for businesses in the United Kingdom and is the data controller for information submitted through this website. • Free Website Preview submissions: the same details as above, used to assess your enquiry and, where offered, to prepare a homepage concept.
• Direct contact: information you provide when you call, email or write to us.
• Technical information: standard server information such as IP address and browser type, processed by our hosting provider to deliver and secure the website.

Please do not send us sensitive personal information through website forms.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and discuss your requirements.
• To prepare a website concept or quotation where relevant.
• To provide, manage and support the service if you become a client.
• To keep records required for accounting and legal purposes.

We do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell your information.

Our website includes the Kervaana Assistant, an AI-powered virtual assistant that answers questions about our services. Messages you send to the assistant are processed by our AI provider solely to generate a reply and are not used to train their models. Conversations are not stored on this website; if you choose to leave your details through the assistant, the enquiry information and a short summary of the conversation are saved to our enquiry database and emailed to us, exactly as with our standard enquiry forms. Please do not send sensitive personal information through the assistant.

6. Analytics

This website does not currently run third-party analytics or advertising tracking. If we introduce analytics in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before any non-essential cookies or tracking are loaded.

8. Data retention

Enquiry information is kept only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, normally up to 24 months. Client records are kept for the duration of the service and for as long as required to meet legal and accounting obligations, normally six years.
